What data is processed
By default, the only data stored in your browser is your theme (light/dark), language preference and cookie-consent choice, kept in local storage on your own device. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used. With your explicit consent, Google Analytics is additionally enabled (see below).
Analytics (Google Analytics)
With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand aggregate, anonymised traffic. Analytics storage stays disabled until you click “Accept” in the cookie banner — enforced via Google Consent Mode — and choosing “Essential only” keeps it off with no loss of functionality. This processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by clearing the site’s stored choice in your browser. Data may be transferred to Google servers, safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Contact form
The contact form does not store data on a server. Submitting it opens your own email client with the message pre-filled, so any details you send are transmitted directly via your email provider. Your message and email address are used solely to respond to your enquiry.
Hosting & server logs
The site is served by a hosting provider that may automatically process technical access data (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for the purpose of delivering and securing the website. This is based on the legitimate interest of operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
